Even Simple Exercises may help aging brain, study hints

Results are in for the longest-ever Phase 3 study of exercise in older adults with mild memory problems. The research, reported at the Alzheimer's Association International Conference, revealed that after 12 months of regular physical activity, study participants experienced no significant cognitive decline.
